Heat Pump Servicing (€195 incl. VAT)
Keep your heat pump running efficiently, quietly, and cost-effectively with an annual service from Home Energy Team.
A well-maintained system can reduce running costs by up to 20%, prevent unnecessary breakdowns, and extend your unit’s lifespan by several years.
During each service, our engineers will:
Check system performance and efficiency
Clean filters, coils, and condensate trays
Test refrigerant pressures and flow rates
Inspect electrical connections and safety devices
Run diagnostics on system controls and sensors
Advise on any wear-and-tear issues before they cause faults
Every visit includes a digital service report emailed to you after completion, so you have a full history for SEAI or warranty purposes.

Repair Call-Outs (€140 incl. VAT)
If your heat pump stops working or isn’t heating as it should, our engineers are just a call away.
We handle faults across all major brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Samsung, Grant, and Joule.
Common issues we fix include:
Low heating output or no heat
System not defrosting properly
Noisy or vibrating outdoor units
Sensor or communication errors
Low refrigerant or flow rate alerts
Our vans are stocked with the most common spare parts, allowing us to complete most repairs on the first visit. If specialist parts are required, we’ll quote clearly before proceeding - no surprises or hidden fees.
Preventative Maintenance Plans (Coming 2026)
We’re developing annual service plans to make maintaining your system even easier.

Parts Replacement
Roughly one in four callouts involve part replacement — from sensors and flow switches to fan motors and expansion valves.
We carry OEM-approved or high-grade aftermarket parts, giving you both quality and value.
Typical parts cost from around €120 retail, covering supply, fitment, and warranty handling.
We provide transparent pricing before any repair work is done, so you always stay in control of your costs.
All parts fitted by Home Energy Team are:

Fully warranted for 12 months (parts & labour)
Installed by qualified, F-Gas and Safe Electric engineers
